Proper Hotels

A one-night dinner staged inside a hotel that already knew how to set a table. Proper asked for a record of a single evening — the room before the guests, the pass at full tilt, the last pour after service — and gave us the run of the property to go get it.

We shot stills and motion in parallel across one service, working handheld and on available light so the crew could move through the room without changing its temperature. No second takes, no resets between courses.

The edit runs as a short film with a stills package cut for social. Delivered: one 90-second film, three fifteen-second cutdowns, and a forty-image library licensed for property and F&B use.
